While in college Ralph Monroe, III took a course on Blaxploitation. At the end of the course, the professor gave an impassioned speech to the students encouraging them to be cognizant of the legacy they leave behind. His words lead to Ralph discovering his purpose. His business is Refined Administration Services and his podcast is Refined and Refreshed. You've probably got an idea about his purpose.

In addition to being an entrepreneur and podcaster, Ralph is also a poet and musician. Originally from Alton, Illinois, he currently resides in Chicago, Illinois.
