Dr. J. L. Gray understands the important role family members play as caregivers to relatives dealing with serious health issues. He was there for his father and for his grandparents. As it happened, it was while finishing his Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from USC. Now that he’s a management consultant with serious credentials, he’s helping transform the healthcare industry for the benefit of the ill and their caregivers.
