Shaun Murphy aka Mr. Motivation is the kind of Brother you want in your corner. He's an Army Veteran, Veteran Advocate, Serial Entrepreneur, and Motivational Speaker.  As a Certified Veteran Recruiter, he was recognized by Michelle Obama for his work launching and leading Teach For America's Veteran recruitment initiative "You Served For America, Now Teach For America."  He recruited top military professionals and veterans globally to join the ranks of TFA, ultimately quadrupling the number of veterans joining the corps.  

Professionally, Shaun currently works at UPMC - Lititz in a role that speaks to community engagement, Community Programs Educator.  He also is an Adjunct Instructor at HACC- Lancaster Campus., where he teaches a College Success Course. Additionally, under the umbrella of “The Murphy Group” he runs/owns/operates/leads TMG Properties, My World Entertainment, Mister Motivation Productions and TSX Transport. Murphy currently serves on three nonprofit boards

Shaun lives and works out of his home base in Lititz, PA, and spends winters snowboarding and summers in Barbados with his "two amazing children and dope wife."
